Christopher Bean, President
As President, Chris is accountable for the operational and financial performance of the company, and is the servant leader for our Human Capital, Global Supply Chain, Operational Finance, Performance-Driven Marketing and Digital Enterprise functions.
Chris began his career in the US Army, serving 15 years as an Infantry Officer, led supply chain operations for US Steel Corporation, headed up client operations at Maritz Loyalty Marketing, and just prior to joining the Allstar team, was responsible for the Digital Transformation line of service for UHY Advisors, a global, management and technology consulting firm.
Chris’ operating principle is simple: Mission First, People ALWAYS, without borders or boundaries. He is sincerely passionate about bringing out the very best in people, and absolutely hates to lose. In fact, he finds inspiration is his daughter, who is a competitive figure skater – their rallying cry is, “I work hard, you work hard”.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and an Executive MBA from the Olin School Of Business at Washington University, St. Louis.
Scott Boilen, CEO
Scott Boilen founded Allstar Products Group in 1999 as a direct mail marketer and later repositioned the company to become a leading As-Seen-On-TV marketer and distributor. Under Boilen’s leadership, Allstar has launched some of the world’s top-selling “As Seen on TV” products since its inception, generating over 3 billion dollars in sales.
Boilen previously sat on the Board of the Electronic Retailing Association and is currently Vice Chairman of the Westchester Food Bank. He graduated from State University of New York at Albany with a degree in Business Administration and received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Fordham University.

Jennifer De Marco, General Counsel
As General Counsel, Jennifer oversees all aspects of Allstar’s legal activities and policies, as well compliance, regulatory affairs, investigations and brand protection. Jennifer is on the Board of Directors of the Electronic Retailing Association and an active member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition and Government Affairs Committees.
With over 18 years legal and business experience, before joining Allstar in 2010, Jennifer was an in-house attorney for consumer products companies including Vonage America, Inc. and Brother International Corporation.

Ed Katz, Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Ed is responsible for leading Allstar’s global Supply Chain network and cross-functional teams ranging from initial product sourcing through fulfillment to an end-user. He is responsible for the continuous improvement of Allstar’s back-end operations, as well as, for providing the vision and analytics to anticipate future growth and properly measure success.
Ed’s passion is turning a partner’s new product innovation from an idea or a model into a viable, mass-marketable item to be used and enjoyed by millions of consumers.
Ed joined Allstar in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from The College of New Jersey, and has previously held senior leadership roles at Tommy Hilfiger Handbags, QVC and Ralph Lauren Handbags.
George Visnyei, Chief Financial Officer
George joined Allstar as a partner in 2004 and assisted the Company in developing strategic plans, tactical initiatives, operational processes, information systems and financial reporting.
He previously served as a partner at a private equity firm, managing due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures and public offerings which resulted in successful exits of Gucci, Saks Fifth Avenue, Tiffany and Simmons, to name a few. Prior to that, George was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he directed M&A engagements, and served as the lead partner on numerous international and public companies.
George graduated from Cornell University with a Masters Degree in Business Administration, and from St. Lawrence University with a B.S. in Chemistry.
Michael Weinstein, Chief Marketing Officer
Michael is responsible for leading Allstar’s strategic partnerships including identifying and managing product licensing and strategic equity long-term growth opportunities.
With over 20 years of experience launching products and optimizing profit performance, Michael was previously the CEO of an Internet Marketing Agency and has sold thousands of products through hundreds of websites, while implementing strategies and revenue insights sought after by industry veterans, inventors and marquee customers alike.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a Master’s Degree in Business Management and is an accomplished jazz pianist having performed and recorded with many renowned artists all over the world.
